Operational Requirements

1. It is not allowed to suddenly cut off the system power during testing. The testing state must be exited before cutting off the power during each test.

2. After the host malfunctions, non professional maintenance personnel should not disassemble the chassis for repair, otherwise the consequences will be borne by themselves.

3. Do not store or use instruments in high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive, and strong magnetic field environments.  

What is the problem of 'unable to find resonance point'

Once the frequency converter series resonance is found and the resonance point cannot be found, please do not rush to determine if it is a malfunction of the equipment. Check if the following situations exist:

1. The wiring is incorrect.

2. The output switch is not turned on,;

3. The PT secondary circuit was not opened when doing GIS;  

4. The Q value of the test sample is too low;

5. The initial excitation power is too low;  

6. There is a short circuit phenomenon in the test circuit;

7. The frequency range is incorrect;  

solution

1. Exit the experimental state and turn off the output switch;

2. Check and correct incorrect wiring connections;

3. Increase the starting power (∠ 30%);  

4. Measure the insulation of the test sample with a megohmmeter. Check if the test sample meets the insulation requirements

5. Reset the frequency range

6. Adjust the starting excitation power;  

7. Confirm output switch
