Recently, a transformer manufacturer in Shanghai ordered a set of UHV-315 transformer comprehensive test bench for UHV in Wuhan. The after-sales department of Wuhan UHV immediately dispatched technicians to the customer's site for the installation, commissioning, and training of the whole set of equipment.

After communicating with the customer, the technician arrived in Shanghai that evening, and after inquiring about the equipment, it was decided to go to the installation early the next morning.

After the commissioning personnel arrived at the site, they determined the placement of the main control console, measuring cabinet, intermediate transformer, voltage regulator, generator set and test transformer and other components in the whole set of equipment according to the customer's requirements, and then began to measure the cable length and specifications required for installation. After determining the materials required on site, Wuhan UHV technicians communicated with the customer and asked about the arrival time of the required materials, and then began the preliminary assembly and connection of the equipment.

After the equipment assembly is completed, the technicians will conduct preliminary debugging of the equipment and determine that there is no problem with the equipment control, and then formally test the customer's tested transformer.

The test items include transformer no-load test, load test, power frequency withstand voltage test, induction withstand voltage test, temperature rise test, insulation resistance test, transformation ratio and DC resistance test. The customer hoisted out two transformers of different types, the first one was demonstrated and explained by Wuhan UHV technicians, and the second was operated by the customer's test personnel, and Wuhan UHV technicians were responsible for guiding and teaching.

During the test, the testers on the customer side put forward some requirements for the operation interface. The next day, after the technical personnel debugged, they accompanied the customer's test personnel to conduct the test again. After all the commissioning and teaching, the customer said that he was very satisfied with the after-sales service in the past few days, and put forward new requirements for the tested products. Wuhan UHV technicians communicated with the company after a detailed understanding and gave a solution, and the customer also decided to purchase Wuhan UHV products after receiving feedback.
