FAQs:
Q: What are the advantages of the gas-insulated design?
A: The gas-insulated design provides good electrical insulation while helping to reduce the overall size and weight of the test system, making it easier to transport and install.
Q: What is the difference between withstand voltage testing and partial discharge testing?
A: Withstand voltage testing evaluates overall insulation strength, while partial discharge testing detects localized insulation defects under high-voltage conditions.
Q: Can the system be used for GIL testing?
A: Yes. The system is suitable for AC withstand voltage and partial discharge testing of GIL (gas-insulated transmission lines), and can be configured according to GIL length, capacitance, and test voltage.
Safety precautions:
1. Set up the venue according to relevant regulations, connect the equipment, and in areas where conditions permit, there should be dedicated personnel responsible for safety on site to provide guidance. Connect the grounding terminal of the control panel to the grounding grid, and connect the grounding terminal of the transformer to the grounding grid, ensuring that both grounding terminals are reliably connected to the same grounding grid.
2. Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch, and press the "emergency stop" button if you need to approach the equipment connected to the test transformer, test sample, etc.
3. After the power is turned on. If it is not at zero position, the system will automatically return to zero position.
4. During the experiment, unrelated items are not allowed to be stacked on or around the equipment panel.
5. Please check the power supply voltage before starting up.
6. When replacing the fuse and accessories, please use the same model as this partial discharge test system supplier.
7. The high voltage inflatable no partial discharge test system should be moisture-proof and oil proof.
8. Please confirm that the tested equipment has been powered off and disconnected from other live devices during the experiment.
